When you contact us or book a service through our website, we may collect: your name, business name, phone number, email address, pickup address, and appointment details. If you use a paid service, payment information is processed directly by our secure third-party payment/booking provider — we do not store your full card details.
How We Use Your Information
- To schedule and carry out e-waste pickups and data destruction services
- To issue official receipts and Certificates of Destruction
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate about your appointment
- To meet our reporting obligations to Ontario’s Resource Productivity & Recovery Authority (RPRA)
Data on Collected Devices
Any personal data that may exist on devices we collect for recycling or destruction is handled solely to perform the requested service (e.g., wiping or crushing hard drives). We do not access, use, or retain data found on customer devices beyond what is necessary to complete that service.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate (such as our booking and payment platform) solely to deliver our Services, or where required by law.
Cookies & Analytics
Our website may use cookies and tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand site usage and measure the performance of our advertising.
