What’s free, and what isn’t
Free pickup covers any total load up to 150 lbs — laptops, desktop computers, tablets, phones, monitors, cables, and modems included. If your total pickup weighs more than 150 lbs, a simple logistics fee of $0.75 per pound applies over that limit. Heavy single items — printers, copiers, larger monitors, and TVs weighing more than 35 lbs each — are charged $0.75 per pound on the portion of that item's weight over 35 lbs.
Service area & timing
Free pickup is available anywhere across the GTA — Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, and surrounding areas — with no distance restrictions. Most free pickups are completed within about an hour.
