What’s free, and what isn’t
Free pickup covers small, lightweight electronics — laptops, desktop computers, tablets, cables, and modems. For larger or bulkier equipment such as printers, copiers, monitors, and TVs, pickup is still available, but a weight-based handling fee applies.
Service area & timing
Free pickup is available within a 7 km radius of Midtown Toronto; beyond that, a flat $15 fee applies plus $2 per additional km. Most free pickups are completed within about an hour.
